  • Broker Assistants: You must be designated by an appointed broker before registering on the Medica Web site.
  • Medica Sales Team: You must either be in the Broker Tracking System (BTS) or you must contact Broker Services prior to registering to get access to the Medica Web site.

Once you have done a SSN lookup and submitted your information to start the registration process, an email will be sent to the email address provided in approximately 5 – 10 minutes containing instructions on how to complete the registration process.
